Fill Out Forms
Fill out the application.
Underwriting & Qualifications
If you qualify, your information will be sent to our lending partner. They will ask additional questions, have you fill out more forms, and run your credit report.
Pre-Qualification Letter Issued
After reviewing all of the necessary documents, our lending partner will issue a pre-qualification letter.
Complete Home Buyer Education
Before you close on your house, you will need to finish the in-person or online, Qualified Home Buyer Education Course (8 hours) through a HUD-approved housing counselor. Click here to find one.
Find Your Home
After you've completed all of the steps above, it's time to find your home and close!
